Our Philosophy The centerpiece of NCCM’s philosophy is to fill the gaps that have opened up in our modern, disconnected society. In urban centers like New York City, we believe our business is to connect and serve people according to their needs.
Expanding the Vision NCCM is expanding its reach beyond the walls of its local churches through its various institutions, which include: Early Child Childhood/Day-Care, New Covenant Christian Schools; Economic Development and Financial Services through New Covenant Federal Dominion Credit Union; Job Training and development, alternative program for drop-out young men, Adult literacy program (including ESL/GED), Computer-literacy and affordable housing through New Covenant Community Development Corporation; Food Pantry; Global Communication and Outreach through its Multi-media Ministry.
Why We Need Volunteers NCCM and its leadership are fully cognizant that no one institution can singly confront the vast crises facing us nationally and globally. This volunteer program is an effort to reach out to friends, partners, community members and institutions to be a part of rebuilding our communities together through the love of Jesus Christ.
